  • shipping & delivery

    Tail Gate (Free):
    The carrier will deliver the item(s) to your address and bring them to the opening of the truck. You will be responsible for unloading, unpacking and any assembly.

    Lift Gate:
    The carrier will deliver the items in a truck with a lift gate and lower the furniture from the opening of the truck to the ground. You will be responsible for moving the furniture from the curb to your office, unpacking and any assembly.

    White Glove:
    The carrier will deliver the item(s) to your office. You will be responsible for unpacking and any assembly.

    White Glove Premium:
    The carrier will deliver the item(s) to your office, unpack them, assemble or set them up and remove any trash on their way out.

    Most of items will be shipped via UPS. However, heavy products such as desks, file cabinets, etc. will be shipped to you via a local trucking company during business hours. For truck deliveries, someone should be available to receive shipment and for a signature.

  • Returns & Replacements

    30 Day Return Policy:
    If you want to return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date for exchange or refund.

    All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) should be labeled on the surface of the box.

    Please email your request for return or exchange to to obtain a RMA.

    Original Receipt & Packaging:
    A receipt and the original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
    We do not accept returns on:
    • Used or damaged
    • Any product, of which original cartoon is missing.
    • Any product that has been modified or altered
    • Any merchandise sold on "As-Is" or "Used" condition
    • Assembled

    Restocking Fee & Others:
    On every return items, you will be charged:
    • Restocking fee : Restocking fees range 25% to 35%, depending upon manufacturers.
    • Freight charges prepaid by us (round trip) including "free shipping" items, of which shipping cost is already added to the sale price.

  • Claims

    Freight Damage / Shortages:

    All claims must be filed within 15 calendar days of receipt of goods. Please contact us to obtain a proper claim form.

    Manufacturing Defect / Concealed Damage:

    Claims for a manufacturing defect or concealed damage must be filed within 15 days of receipt of goods.

    The following documents are required to process your claim;
    • Digital photos of product and cartons
    • Claim form (to be provided via email upon request)

General Information

Receiving Instructions:
When shipment is received, please be certain to inspect for proper quantity of cartons and visible damage on cartons that may be evidence of concealed damage, and be certain all notations are made on original freight bill prior to signing.

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery.
THEREFORE, open all cartons and inspect product immediately upon receipt.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Items must be in their original packaging or they will not be returnable for credit or replacement.

Cancellation or Order Changes:
You may cancel your order and there will be no cancellation charge. However, after the order has shipped or entered into production, cancellation or revision will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for freight charges for a round trip. Prior to cancellation or revision, please call us or send your email to us, referring to the contact indicated below. Please do not return any items without an RMA.
